If you choose to download click on the download button (usually on the right side) to save on your device or the print button to print the attachment. PowerPoint® Decks will load in Google Docs®; however, they can be downloaded in PowerPoint format by Selecting File – Download – PowerPoint Slides. You can then save it on your device. Do not be concerned about getting a “file too large” error. Select the download button and proceed.
